I had been truck shopping for more than three weeks, enduring the dealership misery that makes buying vehicles such a dreaded endeavor. I was actually deceived by one major dealership to the point of filing a complaint with the B BB and sharing that particular dealership experience with detailed reviews on every media associated with it in hopes of helping others avoid it. I only mention these negative interactions that all left me needing a shower, to highlight the contrasting experience I found at Larry Stovesand, from my initial contact to the last handshake. I have dealt with many types of car dealers over the last, roughly 37 years and have a bs meter calibrated on a molecular level. After finding a competitively priced truck listed on their website, I called with every bit of my pre conceived skepticism and talked with Ellen, and immediately there was something different here. She was refreshingly pleasant to talk to, seemed honestly determined to help get me where I wanted to be and within record time, this delightful young woman handed me the deal I asked for and put this old cus in check. There being a 2 hr travel time involved, we agreed I would arrive at opening the next morning. Meanwhile, the truck pulled from inventory, prepped for delivery, ready and waiting for me. That night, after exploring their inventory online, I discovered a different truck which I liked even more, Arriving the next morning to find the truck we had a deal on, polished and ready to go, with cheery Ellen and Michael greeting us at the door, I felt bad explaining I had changed my mind and had decided on a different truck. They didn't bat an eye or miss a beat and within 3 minutes Michael had the new truck choice at the front door ready for a test drive. I was concerned that changing my mind last minute and starting completely over after making the trip would introduce difficulties, but Michael turned out to be as genuine as Ellen had been and every bit as determined to get me where I needed to be without a hint of deception. In total, including the deals made on both trucks, I think I probably spent 12-15 minutes on the phone, 2 emails and maybe just over an hour at the dealership, including the 2nd truck being fueled up and detailed. I never imagined I would find a vehicle buying experience to offer such positive feedback on, but they earned it. Thank you Ellen and Michael, you are appreciated.

Too much emphasis on up selling services that were not essential and had not been requested. Labor cost was not included in price for services quoted and agreed to be the amount charged. Sales manager noted the error in company app used and gave a partial discount to help on pricing. Using text sales is not a practice I will respond to if I return in the future.

Keith in the service department knows nothing about service. So little that he would make up repair procedures that don't align with general shop repair manuals available to most anyone. When questioned about the odd recommendations or suggestion, he becomes argumentative, disrespectful, and unprofessional with his response and communication.

Waiting was a bit long but car had a recall about the brake line rubbing against the car body. Well ours was rubbing. Worth the wait to ensure our safety.

Craig got me in fairly quick, my visit took a little more time than normal as I overheard a mechanic had resigned and the shop was quite busy, no worries, on that, all was good for me. The only thing that didn't happen is that I asked if air could be put in my tires, but that task wasn't completed.

We were pleases to see an employee approach us and ask if we had any ideas about what we were looking for... Josh Thurman, was very helpful and respectfully about what was was looking for... Josh Thurman helped enlighten us about the vehicles without being pushy and overbearing... Josh drove with us in a couple of vehicles without making us feel pushed for time. Then Josh also took us to the back lot where we found a perfect vehicle.... then Josh thoroughly, with tons of patience, explained all this knew technology to us untechie customers... it was great learning at the pace we needed. And Josh also, took the time to load the "Buick App" on my phone, and show me how to scroll through it... Josh gave us his card and was and is very genuine about us calling back about and future questions or concerns... I would recommend Josh Thurman to anyone, especially my family and friends.

Your service manager was very knowledgeable very helpful and corrected my problem, but on the other hand, your sales manager is something to be desired. When I bought the truck last July it was not very pleasant. I was told a price went home came back the next day and he went up $500 on the price That’s not right.

I 80 years old and have traded vehicles all my life, I must say that this trade with Larry Stovesand via the internet has been the best experience that I have ever had. This was my first time trading over the internet, and it was very pleasant. I dealt with several other dealerships from Colorado, Arkansas, my state of Tennesse and another dealership in Kentucky, but this dealership was by far the best. Pleasant staff, best price and absolutely the best selection of vehicles I was looking for.

called in for an oil change and tire rotation w/o an appt. They said bring it by and we'll work it in, might take longer than expected. I stopped by, 2 hours later they had it done, ran it thru their car wash, even though it was raining. I used to have all my service done but ran into issues with service staff and their attitude, so I went elsewhere over a year ago.

I looked online and inquired about a vehicle in your inventory. Brooke and Ellen assisted me in setting up an appointment to see and test drive the car. Online, they also gave me a straightforward price for this car. Ellen followed up with me prior to my arrival and even sent me a video of the car I was interested in. She turned me over to Josh Thurman, who gave me a outstanding presentation of the Buick Encore that I purchased. I will be returning next week to take delivery of my new Buick Encore.

This was by far the best vehicle buying experience I have ever had. Dylan was excellent! He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in purchasing and took his time explaining all the features to us. He did not pressure us in any way and once we knew we found the vehicle for us, the buying process was so fast and efficient.

When we arrived i told the attendentant exactly what service I wanted. Oil change, tire rotatation. He stated it was time for cabin filters to be changed. I told them to change 1 this time and 1 next time. He said okay, we can do that. After they were done with my car, it ended up they changed both anyways with out my consent after I told them not to. When I got my bill I asked them why it was so high and he said it was because we changed both filters. I said that wasn't the agreement. It was suppose to be only 1 this time and 1 the next time. He took it off the bill but they should really stop doing that and stop trying to get people for their money!

Rear a/c not cooling correctly, service dept checked, found no leaks, added dye and recharged system. I was also informed to monitor a/c performance and bring it back if problem returns, the added dye will reveal location of leak.

When I arrived at the dealership, the options we chose were pulled for me to test drive and the paperwork was in process. Thank you for taking back the mini cooper that had so many problems. I certainly couldn’t afford to own a car that won’t run. I appreciated having the kindness shown to me through the whole process. Sometimes it isn’t easy buying a car at a dealership as a woman. I have purchased two vehicles through Larry Stovesand and both experiences were great. Michael Piazza was so nice and constantly checked on me when the mini cooper pulled up to the service department. He puts in the time and effort to show he cares! I called in because the car had quit on me and had to have a record towed it in we arrived at the dealership approximately 4:15 I sit and waiting room for a while and then they told me that they couldn't diagnose the car until Monday and that they had no loaners so I couldn't give me a loaner car but they could get me home said they would call if a loaner car come in or when the car was ready it was a week later when they text me that the car was ready at 11:30 that morning I called in and asked for a ride to get there to pick it up and the location I was at had no air conditioning and it was 95° outside and I sat there waiting till 3:00 that evening and called back in to see if somebody was coming they finally got me picked up and I signed off on on the the work order they handed me the keys and said exit the back door and it would be on my right well when I went out there I had to wander through that side parking lot where I finally found it on the West side backed up on the grass in a row of cars with a pickup truck sideways in front of it so I checked out the field behind it to make sure there wasn't nothing to run over and then I backed up on the hill and drove out through the field till to get to asphalt. I'm 70 years old and the warranty and the people supporting it was what sold me on the car to buy it in the first place I don't have a husband or children or anyone to call on so it means a lot to me to have the service there for me I was disappointed

the service department is top shelf in their services. However, the customer experience while waiting for vehicles, could be adjusted. The waiting area is lacking in anyone (it seems) paying attention to the customer experience. I am happy to help, as I was there for three hours to think about how much better it could have been. The only reason I bring it up is because it can drastically influence future trips for service department if the customer experience is heavily lacking.

The service department took the time out with listening to my issue with the dash blacking out on my 2024 Buick Envista and they were very informative with telling me what would be done and what to do when I’m home, connecting to my home wifi so it will do an automatic update.

The 3 year/30,000 mile warranty that I decided to get is a joke. Never again.

Brief trip to get my Apple Car Play updated. It stopped working. Would not connect, so your guys updated . It’s back to its old self again!

The service personnel were efficient, friendly and discussed the suggested service schedule for my car with me. The customer waiting area was neat and clean with TV and magazines available as well as WiFi connections. Service was completed in a reasonable time.

Drove into the Stovesand service department to make an appointment to get a new fuel filter installed. They ended up taking my truck back on the spot and installing it with 30 minutes. AWESOME SERVICE!!!

Oil change was OK but some electronics were changed - lost my Google maps (no location), time was changed to another time zone? Maintenance schedule on line was every 7500 miles - dealers has 5000 ?

Waited too long...to much miscommunication

Arrived to find that my appointment that I scheduled in the my Buick app did not cross over to your dealership. States that the app was not functional and they had no way to see who had made appointments. I don’t live local and had drove there on my day off work. The guy at the desk said I could come back at 1 and they would do it. Just not sure why have an app that doesn’t work. I’m sure I’m not the only person this happened to.

i was told by the man in charge of the parts Dept that my 2 parts would be in 2 weeks which they did come in when were suppose to....he told me i paid up front so i wouldn't owe anything ,,,,that was over $900 ...when i got to the dealership, the guy that was taking care of me dide fix the right mirror & said they couldnt fix the side of the car & he charged me $349, he said that was for the paint, i said for what, he couldnt tell what the paint was for ....it was not a good experience i am 76 yrs old & i pay cash for everything & always have even for my Danalli XL.... not a happy camper....

The visit was for my normal service of an oil change and tire rotation. The service manager came into the waiting area and showed me two air filters (one intake and the cabin filter) and I agree that they needed changed. They did a great job and within the time limit expected. I have always had a good experience and this time was no exception.

Getting to someone was great when I scheduled. When I got to my appointment, very prompt on getting it back. I do not think an oil change should take 2 hours. I waited and waited for it to be done.

I bought my vehicle from here in 2016 and I've had all my service work done here since. They take the time to do it right.

I had gone in for oil and tire rotation. I also had previously got a flashing check engine light and had asked to scan for historical codes. I had asked for a copy of the service report that would show any codes, however, the copy I got was for another customers vehicle with TPMS service.

They always do a great job. It never takes too long and I am always pleased.

Came by to look at an Acadia and take a test drive greeted by Stephen. Didn't make a decision that day but Stephen stayed in touch (but not too much) over the next week. We came back about week later and met back w Stephen to purchase our chosen vehicle! I've had a couple questions since the purchase and Stephen has been more than accommodating to help!!

I bought set of new Michelin Tires for my 2017 Surburban/ got deal to buy 3 get 4th one free/ able to apply points from my GM card, so was happy with price😀 Oil Change/ Filter / Flush Radiator , install new coolant … wait time for all this services was very acceptable, but most of all, I feel like work was done correctly.. Person I dealt with at desk was Eddy Hernandez, who was very helpful ‘n patient to answer all my questions 🤗👏‼️

I was told my car was fixed after a transmission service. I paid for the service and got my keys to pick up after my wife was available to help. It was obvious before I got out of the lot it was still shuddering.

Called to see if they could squeeze my car in for an exhaust problem. They told me to bring it over, but they might not get to it until the next day. I brought it over and left it with them immediately. Later in the day, I got a call that my car was ready for pick up. I was so surprised that they were able to get it in that same day. They treated me with kindness and professionalism, which I appreciated more that I can say. Thank you.
