ONE COMPLETE. I ASKED THE CHECK IN PERSON TO MAKE SURE THEY CHECKED MY BACK TIRE ON THE PASSENGER SIDE. HE SAID IT WAS FINE. THIS MORNING I WOKE UP TO A FLAT TIRE. IT COST ME $37 TO HAVE IT FIXED, BECAUSE I PURCHASED MY TIRES FROM YOU ALL AND NOT THE TIRE DEALER THAT FIXED IT.

Arrived to find that my appointment that I scheduled in the my Buick app did not cross over to your dealership. States that the app was not functional and they had no way to see who had made appointments. I don’t live local and had drove there on my day off work. The guy at the desk said I could come back at 1 and they would do it. Just not sure why have an app that doesn’t work. I’m sure I’m not the only person this happened to.

The next time I drove the car I noticed that whoever reset the oil change reminder did something wrong and the miles left on the gas and the lane signals do not work.

I trust them to take good care of my car.

I was told my car was fixed after a transmission service. I paid for the service and got my keys to pick up after my wife was available to help. It was obvious before I got out of the lot it was still shuddering.

Oil change and new filter. Discovered an additional issue. Much appreciated to learn that.

Always Friendly and gets the job done

Getting to someone was great when I scheduled. When I got to my appointment, very prompt on getting it back. I do not think an oil change should take 2 hours. I waited and waited for it to be done.

Came by to look at an Acadia and take a test drive greeted by Stephen. Didn't make a decision that day but Stephen stayed in touch (but not too much) over the next week. We came back about week later and met back w Stephen to purchase our chosen vehicle! I've had a couple questions since the purchase and Stephen has been more than accommodating to help!!

All your staff in the Service Department do an excellent job. The employee who took us to town and picked us up very nice man, however, it would be better to have customer loaner cars to drive!!!

It was my first time visiting this dealership. I was very pleased and they were very helpful.

I absolutely love my car. But the man that sold me my car was a terrible salesman, actually he’s not there anymore and I can see why, when I bought my car in April I specifically asked for the feature of my car starting inside my house. I’ve not needed this feature until it got cold and my car sets outside and I wanted to defrost my windows and warm the car before leaving. The only thing this feature does on my phone is start my car. I thought I was doing it wrong so I would leave the defrost on when I turned it off at night and try again the next day again nothing. When I took my car for its first service I asked a salesman about this feature and his response was since you bought a basic model you did not receive this feature. I replied with I wish my salesman had told me that since that was a feature I specifically wanted. Other than that Brook is wonderful she helped me set my Apple Play back up when it got disconnected on a business trip and she walked me though every step. Your service department was very professional and helpful. Just disappointed in Jonathan that sold me my car but glad for you that he’s not employed anymore.

I had gone in for oil and tire rotation. I also had previously got a flashing check engine light and had asked to scan for historical codes. I had asked for a copy of the service report that would show any codes, however, the copy I got was for another customers vehicle with TPMS service.

I bought set of new Michelin Tires for my 2017 Surburban/ got deal to buy 3 get 4th one free/ able to apply points from my GM card, so was happy with price😀 Oil Change/ Filter / Flush Radiator , install new coolant … wait time for all this services was very acceptable, but most of all, I feel like work was done correctly.. Person I dealt with at desk was Eddy Hernandez, who was very helpful ‘n patient to answer all my questions 🤗👏‼️

Called to see if they could squeeze my car in for an exhaust problem. They told me to bring it over, but they might not get to it until the next day. I brought it over and left it with them immediately. Later in the day, I got a call that my car was ready for pick up. I was so surprised that they were able to get it in that same day. They treated me with kindness and professionalism, which I appreciated more that I can say. Thank you.

It should not take 2 hours to change oil and rotate tires. I had an appointment but my car wasn't taken in for at least 30 minutes.

The visit was for my normal service of an oil change and tire rotation. The service manager came into the waiting area and showed me two air filters (one intake and the cabin filter) and I agree that they needed changed. They did a great job and within the time limit expected. I have always had a good experience and this time was no exception.

i was told by the man in charge of the parts Dept that my 2 parts would be in 2 weeks which they did come in when were suppose to....he told me i paid up front so i wouldn't owe anything ,,,,that was over $900 ...when i got to the dealership, the guy that was taking care of me dide fix the right mirror & said they couldnt fix the side of the car & he charged me $349, he said that was for the paint, i said for what, he couldnt tell what the paint was for ....it was not a good experience i am 76 yrs old & i pay cash for everything & always have even for my Danalli XL.... not a happy camper....

Got in on time & they did what I requested. Free truck wash was a nice surprise too!

I'm very pleased with the service department that took care of my new vehicle. They are very efficient. I have purchased three new Buicks from them an always had excellent service.

I had a bad tailgate switch that had already been diagnosed as bad. I told this to your mechanic when I arrived. I asked if this was under warranty and they said they would check. I waited an hour and they diagnosed the switch was bad and that I needed an air filter and cabin filter changed. I told them I only wanted the switch changed and if it was under warranty. He told me it wasn't. I told him I have an extended warranty. He said they didn't show one and he asked, who with. I said all the information is in the glove box of the truck. He said he would check. He came back and said there was no warranty papers in the truck. I told him I possible have them at home and to put the truck back together and I would give him the information when I get it. An hour later he said the truck was ready. When I got to my truck and looked in the glove box the warranty papers were there. I went back inside and told him. He apologized for not seeing them and told me he would find out if the switch was covered and said it would take awhile to find out. He said he would call me when he found out. He still hasn't called.

Arrived 30 minutes early and was welcomed in. The truck was taken back immediately. I honestly expected a long wait but was extremely surprised to see how fast the work got completed. The gentleman I dealt with was extremely professional and helpful.

Was informed upon arrival of how much it would cost to get an oil change & if anything needed repaired would text me & I would have to agree for work to be completed. Needed new cabin filter to which I agreed & informed of what cost would be upon completion. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle was told a more expensive price & even showed the person my text that I had agreed upon. Will no longer use the service department nor will I recommend the services there

The customer service staff in the service department there are wonderful. I appreciate them so much. However, your mechanics are a huge liability! If these issues are happening to me, there's no telling how many people they're happening to who aren't speaking out and rather just never come back. Between my two vehicles, I've had to come back three times because the process of the oil change wasn't completed from start to finish. The drain plug was too loose twice, they forgot to put the oil dipstick back in, and now this time they didn't even tighten the filter on- My husband tightened it up after we saw the puddle of oil underneath the car in my carport. This doesn't include the issue I had with warranty rotor replacement and brakes for a year that you guys could never resolve and instead said that it was the driver that was the issue- I ultimately went to a tire shop and an alignment shop and between them bought new tires, new rotors and new brakes and the issue was finally resolved. I would not have had to buy new tires or break so soon if the original issue would have been properly resolved. It was a new truck and still under the warranty. I am supposed to have a tune-up there in a couple weeks but I am considering canceling the appointment and going somewhere else.

They called once my car was ready, put air in my tires without me mentioning it, and it appeared they did a quick wash of the outside of it. T

The Service Department is excellent. They asked what I was their for and took care of my needs. Ran my car through the car wash. Then the Service Department came and got me to tell me my car was ready. Everything was done in a timely manner.

Good experience overall. Only thing I didn’t like was the attempt to up sell on oil conditioner and hepa filter at the end.

The bill was $200 more than originally quoted. Also, the labor was $200 for a 15-minute job... My wife was there at 9:30 and didn't get out of there until after 11AM. So, this experience was poor to the point we regret selecting the dealership for our bed topper and would have been better off going elsewhere. This feedback is coming from a person that selected this dealership on the last two occasions on purchasing our last two vehicles...

Good communication people friendly

I waited for more than 3-weeks for this appointment so I could be the first appointment of the day - I drive 25 miles into town and arrive a 7:45 AM to sit around till after 9am before any one even starts to look at my truck. I was notified at 11:30 I needed a front camera... I don't think anyone looked at my truck for hours. When I inquire at the desk it seems they are very defensive. Why make an appointment on my day off for the first appointment of the day if they are not going to look at my vehicle.

Communication was not very good. I picked up my truck on Tuesday evening the 20th and had not driven a mile when my check engine light began flashing lasted for a few seconds then turned off. I did not drive it on Wednesday 21st. Started it up on Thursday and check engine light came back on and shut off my anti skid and traction control but turned them back on occurred twice on Thursday. Took truck back in Thursday Eddie said i should bring it back today at 8:00 am which i did and on the way check engine light was on and shut down anti skid and traction control but turned them on again. Truck is being looked at at present did not have any of these problems previous to being worked on Tuesday.

Took longer due to 3 other vehicles having issues, but all worked out for me as I didn't have anything else scheduled.

Took almost 2 hrs for a oil change. There was a warning light that was on and I make them aware of and it wasn't addressed.

Friendly Knowledge On time Thanked Me

Bought truck 1/10/26 and bought the extended warranty. Truck went back twice and had to get hauled back in the 3rd time 1/13 due to transmission failure. Per the warranty, I was supposed to get refunded for the vehicle tow but have not received that. I also noticed front differential was leaking on the passenger side. I told them about that as well. It took them over 30 days to get warranty to approve.. they finally get transmission, install and just received truck back yesterday 2/24/26, i was told i wouldnt be responsible for any payment but they chsrged me $291 for parts!! They did not fix the front differential leak that I explained to them in the beginning. I will check it out when I return home (I work out of town) as my wife picked up the truck yesterday. Hopefully it doesnt take them another 30 days to evaluate the front differential leak to be fixed. Fingers crossed

Air compressor replaced. Very noisy after you turn the engine off. Brought it back. Was told they had never seen anything like that. They purged the system and refilled it. Had me pick it up. No change. When you get more training let me know so I can bring it back.

All the staff were wonderful! I especially appreciated the video that the technician working on my car included in the digital update. He showed what was in good shape and what needed attention, along with his recommendations. The communication and updates are simply excellent!

Totally redicules for customers to pay so much extra for an oil change to make up for GM mistake GM should absorb the extra cost because it’s there problem I’ve had so much trouble with this truck I’ll probably go back to a Ford soon!!!!

Outstanding experience from start to finish. I had a subwoofer installed in my GMC to complete the factory Bose system, and the team kept me updated throughout the process regarding progress and timing. The sub sounds amazing, and the installation looks factory-installed with all wiring properly secured and neatly tucked away. The truck was returned clean with no mess or surprises left behind. The professionalism, communication, and attention to detail are exactly what I have come to expect from this team. Highly recommended!
