Great experience, had no idea a Buick was in our future. Looked at several brands and kept coming back to the Envista ST. Sales team was great, finance was easy and rates were very competative.

Your service manager was very knowledgeable very helpful and corrected my problem, but on the other hand, your sales manager is something to be desired. When I bought the truck last July it was not very pleasant. I was told a price went home came back the next day and he went up $500 on the price That’s not right.

From the sales rep to the finance person we enjoyed purchasing our vehicle. This was our 4th purchase from Stovestand Buick!!

They are the only ones that have ever serviced my car. I trust them to do what needs to be done.

The repair was unfinished when they delivered it to me and had to return to get it fixed right.

I 80 years old and have traded vehicles all my life, I must say that this trade with Larry Stovesand via the internet has been the best experience that I have ever had. This was my first time trading over the internet, and it was very pleasant. I dealt with several other dealerships from Colorado, Arkansas, my state of Tennesse and another dealership in Kentucky, but this dealership was by far the best. Pleasant staff, best price and absolutely the best selection of vehicles I was looking for.

Went in for oil change. Everything went well. Timely and courteous.

When we arrived i told the attendentant exactly what service I wanted. Oil change, tire rotatation. He stated it was time for cabin filters to be changed. I told them to change 1 this time and 1 next time. He said okay, we can do that. After they were done with my car, it ended up they changed both anyways with out my consent after I told them not to. When I got my bill I asked them why it was so high and he said it was because we changed both filters. I said that wasn't the agreement. It was suppose to be only 1 this time and 1 the next time. He took it off the bill but they should really stop doing that and stop trying to get people for their money!

called in for an oil change and tire rotation w/o an appt. They said bring it by and we'll work it in, might take longer than expected. I stopped by, 2 hours later they had it done, ran it thru their car wash, even though it was raining. I used to have all my service done but ran into issues with service staff and their attitude, so I went elsewhere over a year ago.

This was by far the best vehicle buying experience I have ever had. Dylan was excellent! He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in purchasing and took his time explaining all the features to us. He did not pressure us in any way and once we knew we found the vehicle for us, the buying process was so fast and efficient.

2 hours for an oil change/rotation is too long to wait. Staff was friendly and courteous.

I looked online and inquired about a vehicle in your inventory. Brooke and Ellen assisted me in setting up an appointment to see and test drive the car. Online, they also gave me a straightforward price for this car. Ellen followed up with me prior to my arrival and even sent me a video of the car I was interested in. She turned me over to Josh Thurman, who gave me a outstanding presentation of the Buick Encore that I purchased. I will be returning next week to take delivery of my new Buick Encore.

Timely good service

auto butler was great, but still no answer on by radio fix very disappointed. It is a new car

I didn't want to buy a new car because I loved my old one but the frequent repairs were getting costly. Keith in service helped me realize it was time to let it go and helped me decide what I needed in a new vehicle. When I arrived at the dealership, the options we chose were pulled for me to test drive and the paperwork was in process. Michael helped me explore my options and provided practical answers to my concerns. I was in and out in about two hours. Keith even gave me time to say goodbye to by old vehicle (I cleaned it out). 😀 Buying a new car wasn't in my plans but it truly was needed. I love my new Buick Encore and don't feel like they just sold me a car. They provided a practical solution to my problem. For that, I am thankful. Thank you Keith, Michael, Patrick and Matt for making my car buying experience a great one.

I called in because the car had quit on me and had to have a record towed it in we arrived at the dealership approximately 4:15 I sit and waiting room for a while and then they told me that they couldn't diagnose the car until Monday and that they had no loaners so I couldn't give me a loaner car but they could get me home said they would call if a loaner car come in or when the car was ready it was a week later when they text me that the car was ready at 11:30 that morning I called in and asked for a ride to get there to pick it up and the location I was at had no air conditioning and it was 95° outside and I sat there waiting till 3:00 that evening and called back in to see if somebody was coming they finally got me picked up and I signed off on on the the work order they handed me the keys and said exit the back door and it would be on my right well when I went out there I had to wander through that side parking lot where I finally found it on the West side backed up on the grass in a row of cars with a pickup truck sideways in front of it so I checked out the field behind it to make sure there wasn't nothing to run over and then I backed up on the hill and drove out through the field till to get to asphalt. I'm 70 years old and the warranty and the people supporting it was what sold me on the car to buy it in the first place I don't have a husband or children or anyone to call on so it means a lot to me to have the service there for me I was disappointed

Prompt and friendly service experience!

Rear a/c not cooling correctly, service dept checked, found no leaks, added dye and recharged system. I was also informed to monitor a/c performance and bring it back if problem returns, the added dye will reveal location of leak.

Thank you for taking back the mini cooper that had so many problems. I certainly couldn’t afford to own a car that won’t run. I appreciated having the kindness shown to me through the whole process. Sometimes it isn’t easy buying a car at a dealership as a woman. I have purchased two vehicles through Larry Stovesand and both experiences were great. Michael Piazza was so nice and constantly checked on me when the mini cooper pulled up to the service department. He puts in the time and effort to show he cares! the service department is top shelf in their services. However, the customer experience while waiting for vehicles, could be adjusted. The waiting area is lacking in anyone (it seems) paying attention to the customer experience. I am happy to help, as I was there for three hours to think about how much better it could have been. The only reason I bring it up is because it can drastically influence future trips for service department if the customer experience is heavily lacking.

Keith is very sincere about service. He offers good advice & is honest. I expect these things and he has delivered.

The service personnel were efficient, friendly and discussed the suggested service schedule for my car with me. The customer waiting area was neat and clean with TV and magazines available as well as WiFi connections. Service was completed in a reasonable time.

Drove into the Stovesand service department to make an appointment to get a new fuel filter installed. They ended up taking my truck back on the spot and installing it with 30 minutes. AWESOME SERVICE!!!

Oil change was OK but some electronics were changed - lost my Google maps (no location), time was changed to another time zone? Maintenance schedule on line was every 7500 miles - dealers has 5000 ?

The visit was for my normal service of an oil change and tire rotation. The service manager came into the waiting area and showed me two air filters (one intake and the cabin filter) and I agree that they needed changed. They did a great job and within the time limit expected. I have always had a good experience and this time was no exception.

The service department took the time out with listening to my issue with the dash blacking out on my 2024 Buick Envista and they were very informative with telling me what would be done and what to do when I’m home, connecting to my home wifi so it will do an automatic update.

The 3 year/30,000 mile warranty that I decided to get is a joke. Never again.

The next time I drove the car I noticed that whoever reset the oil change reminder did something wrong and the miles left on the gas and the lane signals do not work.

Waited too long...to much miscommunication

Arrived to find that my appointment that I scheduled in the my Buick app did not cross over to your dealership. States that the app was not functional and they had no way to see who had made appointments. I don’t live local and had drove there on my day off work. The guy at the desk said I could come back at 1 and they would do it. Just not sure why have an app that doesn’t work. I’m sure I’m not the only person this happened to.

Battery was dead. Service Department tested and found that it was under warranty & replaced it at no charge. Excellent!!

i was told by the man in charge of the parts Dept that my 2 parts would be in 2 weeks which they did come in when were suppose to....he told me i paid up front so i wouldn't owe anything ,,,,that was over $900 ...when i got to the dealership, the guy that was taking care of me dide fix the right mirror & said they couldnt fix the side of the car & he charged me $349, he said that was for the paint, i said for what, he couldnt tell what the paint was for ....it was not a good experience i am 76 yrs old & i pay cash for everything & always have even for my Danalli XL.... not a happy camper....

Getting to someone was great when I scheduled. When I got to my appointment, very prompt on getting it back. I do not think an oil change should take 2 hours. I waited and waited for it to be done.

I had gone in for oil and tire rotation. I also had previously got a flashing check engine light and had asked to scan for historical codes. I had asked for a copy of the service report that would show any codes, however, the copy I got was for another customers vehicle with TPMS service.

I bought set of new Michelin Tires for my 2017 Surburban/ got deal to buy 3 get 4th one free/ able to apply points from my GM card, so was happy with price😀 Oil Change/ Filter / Flush Radiator , install new coolant … wait time for all this services was very acceptable, but most of all, I feel like work was done correctly.. Person I dealt with at desk was Eddy Hernandez, who was very helpful ‘n patient to answer all my questions 🤗👏‼️

I was told my car was fixed after a transmission service. I paid for the service and got my keys to pick up after my wife was available to help. It was obvious before I got out of the lot it was still shuddering.

Came by to look at an Acadia and take a test drive greeted by Stephen. Didn't make a decision that day but Stephen stayed in touch (but not too much) over the next week. We came back about week later and met back w Stephen to purchase our chosen vehicle! I've had a couple questions since the purchase and Stephen has been more than accommodating to help!!

It was my first time visiting this dealership. I was very pleased and they were very helpful.

I absolutely love my car. But the man that sold me my car was a terrible salesman, actually he’s not there anymore and I can see why, when I bought my car in April I specifically asked for the feature of my car starting inside my house. I’ve not needed this feature until it got cold and my car sets outside and I wanted to defrost my windows and warm the car before leaving. The only thing this feature does on my phone is start my car. I thought I was doing it wrong so I would leave the defrost on when I turned it off at night and try again the next day again nothing. When I took my car for its first service I asked a salesman about this feature and his response was since you bought a basic model you did not receive this feature. I replied with I wish my salesman had told me that since that was a feature I specifically wanted. Other than that Brook is wonderful she helped me set my Apple Play back up when it got disconnected on a business trip and she walked me though every step. Your service department was very professional and helpful. Just disappointed in Jonathan that sold me my car but glad for you that he’s not employed anymore.

Communication was not very good. I picked up my truck on Tuesday evening the 20th and had not driven a mile when my check engine light began flashing lasted for a few seconds then turned off. I did not drive it on Wednesday 21st. Started it up on Thursday and check engine light came back on and shut off my anti skid and traction control but turned them back on occurred twice on Thursday. Took truck back in Thursday Eddie said i should bring it back today at 8:00 am which i did and on the way check engine light was on and shut down anti skid and traction control but turned them on again. Truck is being looked at at present did not have any of these problems previous to being worked on Tuesday.

The bill was $200 more than originally quoted. Also, the labor was $200 for a 15-minute job... My wife was there at 9:30 and didn't get out of there until after 11AM. So, this experience was poor to the point we regret selecting the dealership for our bed topper and would have been better off going elsewhere. This feedback is coming from a person that selected this dealership on the last two occasions on purchasing our last two vehicles...

Was informed upon arrival of how much it would cost to get an oil change & if anything needed repaired would text me & I would have to agree for work to be completed. Needed new cabin filter to which I agreed & informed of what cost would be upon completion. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle was told a more expensive price & even showed the person my text that I had agreed upon. Will no longer use the service department nor will I recommend the services there

The Service Department is excellent. They asked what I was their for and took care of my needs. Ran my car through the car wash. Then the Service Department came and got me to tell me my car was ready. Everything was done in a timely manner.

Good experience overall. Only thing I didn’t like was the attempt to up sell on oil conditioner and hepa filter at the end.
